A health coach helps a person create the health and lifestyle habits that fit their daily life, while supporting them in improving their wellbeing by encouraging positive behavior change.

 

Coaches can help people in a variety of areas, such as healthful eating, improving daily movement and flexibility, releasing weight, improving sleep, managing stress, and changing habits they feel may be holding them back from reaching their health goals.

 

Sometimes a person knows what they want but is unsure of what to do. Other times, a person knows what to do, but feels unmotivated in taking steps to move themselves forward. A health coach supports people wherever they are, understanding that each person is a unique individual who knows themselves and their needs better than anyone. The person, not the coach, guides the process. 

 

Working with a health coach is a partnership, driven by the individual’s desire to make healthful lifestyle changes. Health coaches can help a person gain self understanding, knowledge, motivation, and take positive steps in moving toward wellbeing in their daily lives.

These healthful foods included  a wide variety of  meat, fowl and seafood; eggs; colorful vegetables and fruits; herbs and spices; healthy fats like olive, avocado and coconut oils; grass fed butter and dairy; and nuts and seeds. They ate natural, whole foods that are not only delicious and nutritious, but science has now shown that these real foods are better for our health in every way. Though processed “foods” can be found everywhere, we live in a time where people are demanding fresher, more healthful food choices that support them in making improvements in their health and that of their families.
